Ovens get used most days in the majority of households and even more often if you are a cooking or catering professional! It’s well worth replacing your oven on a regular basis to ensure you are getting the most out of this important kitchen appliance.

If you are looking for a new oven, here are some of the things to consider:

  • Make sure the oven does everything you need it to. Check for basics like a good fan oven setting and more complex features if you will use them for cooking.
  • How easy will the oven be to keep clean? You may want to consider an oven with a pyrolytic setting as this will be self cleaning.
  • Consider shopping at a trade only kitchen shop. This can save you a considerable amount of money.
  • Do you want a double oven, or will a single be enough? If you cook a lot, you may want to get two single ovens so that they will both be full size.
